which is better for gaming/art

I'm looking into a tablet for art, and I can't shell out $530 for a galaxy note, Also I expect a tablet that can handle its share of games (GoF2 Hd/Dead Trigger on MAX), Also I'm into emulators so SD card is always needed. So would an infinity 700 be acceptable? Or the 300? My galaxy tab 2 always draws wiggles and slows down in many apps and i'm getting a replacement this weekend sooo, what's better?

I don't game on my tablet or draw, but I prefer the crisp resolution of the TF700.

In order to make the TF700 run smoothly on Jelly Bean, though, I had to flash CleanROM.
