Which is better:one s or xperia t or lumia 820?

hello friends,
i'm planning to buy a new phone.I've these 3 phones in my mind-one s,lumia 820,xperia t.I'm looking for-good camera,attractive ui & very less hang problems.I'm currently using galaxy ace gt-s5830 & it hangs a lot.I think the ui of one s is nice & also the photos taken in one s look attractive.I haven't seen other two phones.So please help me in choosing a phone among these.
