Which is more current?

I'm giving a GB ROM a try, but would like to know which radio is more current.

The MR2.5 I installed for the GB is 1.39.00.0528, 0.01.69.0602,

The radio I had installed for the Froyo VZW stock was, I believe this - 1.13.605.7 CDMA/LTE radio combo.

Can I basically tell by looking at the ascending numbers? if the number is higher, the version is newer?

I also noticed that the MR2.5 worked on the Froyo VZW stock. I thought that Froyo ROMs wouldn't work with GB radios?

Mr 2 was a hybrid radio, works with either froyo or GB. Numbering is sequential, but newer doesn't necessarily mean better.

I've read that the last set of numbers is the radios release date. for example, your mr2.5 radio listed above was released may 28th (0528). But i cant back that up, just something i read awhile back
