Which is the best ROM at this time

ATT Samsung Galaxy s2 Skyrocket 727 currently running GB. I would like to install JB. Which ROM is most up to date? And is there a breakdown of is in the new ROM? I have read through fourms to get opinions but most of the info seems rather old. Any help would be appreciated.

I think Cyanogen mod or AOKP are the best ROM's out there.just find your device and see if it is compatible.
