Which Keyboard do YOU use

Using Swype on 2.2 here, works beautifully. I was a big fan of the physical keyboard at first, but it's been a few months and my keys are starting to feel... slow.. I guess.

Mostly portrait with Swype. If I go landscape, then I use the physical kb.
