Which Messages App works best?

Hey, gotta try the messaging program called PULSE. It does a great job on the Samsung phones.

I agree with Textra. The only app I've ever paid for.

I use Google Messages. I like the integration with Google, sending money, most of the other Google features integrated into it and the RCS. I also especially like that I can have it on my laptop and text from my laptop as well as read incoming texts on my laptop.

But it is definitely true that Textra adds far more and better customization options.

I use Verizon messages. I've tried other ones but I don't care for the way they look.

Sorry for the noob question here but what's wrong with Samsung's stock messaging app? Why are peopling using Textra, WhatsApp, etc?

I use google messages because it has RCS.
