Which Note 8 region support Samsung Pay ?

I purchase the Note 8 unlock gold color (I love gold color) but I end up in Panama region model that didn't support Samsung Pay, even though Google Play allow me to install Samsung pay app but it keep said "Connection Error". I really want the Note 8 gold color but I saw some video that they able to use Samsung Pay on gold color model. I really want to use Samsung pay on Note 8 gold color but I wonder what region Samsung pay support for unlock model.

Here are the regions supported by Samsung Pay. You also need a valid Samsung Account in a supported country and bank support will also vary by region.

So if I purchase the note 8 one of these Region I still able to use Samsung pay in USA right ?

Not entirely sure since the ROMs are different and unlocked models usually carry region-specific features, so you might need an US-unlocked version to use Samsung Pay in the US. Again, I'm not sure but I'm sure you can ask a Live Agent at Samsung...
