Which of these 2 is better for preventing apps from running?

Which of these two apps is better for preventing applications like amazonmp3 ect from running on the phone?
Titainium backup to freeze o Autostars to stop after boot?

Autostarts seems to prevent the program from starting untill you use it, but i could be wrong. Anyone with knowledge of these two for compairason please chime in.

Not sure on freezing the app from starting but you can remove the Amazon app entirely.... I usually just remove what I don't want.. Just makes more sense.

I use Startup Manager from the Market to stop apps from starting up at boot. Works very well.
