Which One: HTC Vigor or Samsung Galaxy (verizon)

Depends if you want 4g. Right now it seems since the vigor is to replace the tb then it will be 4g but nobody knows if the sgs2 will have lte. I think if it has lte it all depends on if you want a samsung or htc because they both will be great phones. Sgs2 may have a little better battery life.

I also worry about the Vigor's battery life. We do not even know if they are going to make it like the EVO Shift and give it a smaller screen and slider keyboard.

Suggestion for now is to wait for more specs on both.

vigor all day long... the specs are just too unreal and samsung has crap source code for developers to work with.

What about the iphone 5 release :( . There are many other phones in line too or you may add some money and go for the sony s1 or s2 android tablet. What do you say on that :) >

Out of these two, I'm going with the Vigor because I'm believing the Galaxy will only be 3G which kills it for me.

I have always loved HTC phones because of it's wonderful features. I think HTC is even better than the iPhones. I have the HTC desire and I love it. So maybe I'll go for HTC Vigor more than any other coming phones.

like the kickstand? what else is characteristic of HTC phones?

I have owned a Samsung, Moto and HTC device. Based on previous experience with these manufacturers I will be getting another HTC in the future. Samsung is the total bottom of the barrel for me. My fascinate had the worst GPS, radio and build quality I have ever had in a phone. But it could just be the fascinate. I don't know how other Samsung phones run.

How is your signal on the inc 2? Mine is poop. I'll be getting a moto phone next.

I am getting awesome signal, data speeds, and GPS lock on my Inc2. I am not sure why people are having problems. It seems that people are either getting horrible signal or great signal and nowhere in-between.

I would choose a moto over a Samsung anyday.

Ahhhhhhh... The real question is HTC Vigor or Nexus Droid Prime?

Coming from the original Droid Incredible (By far the best phone I have ever used!), It's going to be quite a choice...

I love that HTC seems to continue support for their older devices (Incredible got 2.2 five months after release and now 2.3 one year later), just means that it's possible the Vigor may get a full 2 years of support.

Samsung on the other had has been very poor in getting fixes and updates out in a timely fashion. The only thing about the Nexus Droid Prime for me is that it's Google and they do seem to get those updates out...

I would go with HTC Vigor whether the GSII was 4G or not! I do not like Samsung at all. They make cheap phones with sucky processors, bad software, and copy iOS for half of their so called "innovations". HTC is more original and makes better quality of phones with much better UI.

I agree that Samsung is really bad about getting updates out to their phones and that is why I don't ever think I will buy a Samsung phone. They obviously do not value the customer because they pissed off almost everybody that had one of their phones with the fact that my OG Droid has newer software than they do with their brand new amazing phones. Samsung also copies Apple on just about EVERYTHING. They are really just a no good company. HTC ALLLLL THE WAY!!!!
