I'm going to "test" the Fascinate for 30 days and keep it if I like it. If not, which would be a major upset for me, I'm going back to my faithful Incredible w/ Froyo.

Just get your BBM friends to use GTalk! That's the beauty of Android!

I'm a BES admin and was BB-only until the first Moto Droid came out. You'll be fine and never miss the Curve.

I've got the messaging people at work in the loop, they've already sent my my "Good Messaging" activation email, going to get the employee at the store to add the right feature code, then hold my breath.

Very excited to have a usable smart-phone.. The Curve 8330 has to be the dumbest smart-phone I've ever used.

LOL. You'll never look back. I switched from a BB9630 back when the original Droid came out and have never wanted a BB since and its only gotten better in the android world since then.

I am cautiously switching from an incredible...30 days for the fascinate to prove its case...and believe me the standards are high. I want something just a little snappier, larger screen....in fact, I am also tempted to try the Evo if the fascinate doesn't work out...crazy, I know, but it is what it is...

I just came from a blackberry storm 2. Was with blackberry got two years and I don't think I'm regretting making the switch right Now. There is still much learning left to ve done with the droid x and android itself. It will be fun times.

I'll be coming from BlackBerry as well. I love my Curve 8330 but I want to try something different.Was worried about typing on an all-touchscreen device but the new 4+" screens feel much more comfortable.Had a chance to use the Vibrant and was very impressed with the Galaxy S line. Just waiting to see if certain "B issues" can be corrected. So many high quality Droid choices offered and in the pipeline for VZW. It's a win-win situation.

Which phone are you coming from?

Title pretty much says it all, which phone are you coming from (and if it's another Android phone, why)?

I've moved over from a Palm Pre Plus, and am quite thrilled to be back on Android. The Pre was only ever meant to be a stop-gap for me and it ended up lasting way longer than expected. It's a decent phone, but just a little too clunky for my taste.

Dinc...bad battery life, sick of Sense...never fell in love with the phone.
