which phone should I get?

I have got about £150 to spend do I get a 2014 moto g or a 2nd hand HTC one or something else?

I just want to know what people thought?

Unless you really know the used phone is high quality and problem-free (i.e., you're buying it from a close friend), I'd go with the new phone. The 2014 Moto G is a high quality device, and a great value.
