Which phone should I give my brother? Boost Force or Galaxy Prevail?

A little background. Back in 2013 I got the Force as my very first smartphone. I had it for like 9 months when I had to send it in to get repaired as the left headphone speaker went out. I got the Prevail to hold me over while the Force was out. In my own opinion, I did not like the Prevail as well as the Force. I felt cheated that it would not get 4G and it just didn't seem as fast. I was glad to get my Force back.

A few months ago I gave my brother the Prevail so he'd have a phone. Well just within the last month I got a Galaxy S4 so I was thinking I'd give my brother the Force so he'd have a faster phone.

Well, I'm looking stuff up online according to the specs wouldn't a Quad Cord processor with a little less GHz still be faster than a Dual Core processor? Or would the fact that the Prevail only has 512MB of RAM prevent it from being as fast as the Force with 1G of RAM?

I just don't want to give him the Force if the Prevail is already faster, you know what I mean. I thought maybe I was just used to the Force as it was my first phone and I might have been biased.
