Definitely the One. I've used Samsungs for my last 2 devices I'm not impressed enough with the S4 to move to that. It's basically my Note 2 with a smaller screen.
The One brings something fresh and new to the table, I can't wait.

S4's got four times more vote than HTC One...
If you put the same poll in the HTC forum, it'd be vise versa...
After 5 years and 6 straight HTC phones I jumped ship to the Note 2. After years of poor battery life and weird design/development choices (flagship phone like the Evo having 30fps cap, Evo3d headphone jack causing audio to go crazy, broken multitasking in 4G LTE) I decided to stop making excuses for them and switched. It is going to take a LOT to get me to switch back.
Daily driver will probably always be a Nexus device.

Sadly, people like to see things in the way that suits their opinions and egos.Yet people say HTC has a better build quality than samsung, that's a big joke.
Build quality is how well its built, not what materials is built out of

There's a 3rd in General Discussion.Hahahaha....This is hilarious. I see you have 2 different thread polls: One for HTC and another for S4. Which ever forum you post in that phone will have the most votes, so these polls really acquiesce to their respective phone forums.

Surely build quality is determined by the quality of the materials.. If you mean the quality of the machinery and methods used to make it i don't think anyone cares about that.. We only care about the final product
