Which sbf file do I use if my bootloader is 30.01?

My goal is to get to the new ApeX 1.3 (I'm running ApeX 1.0 right now). To install ApeX 1.3, I have to be on 2.3.320 or 2.3.340 (I have 2.3.15 now from the first 2.2 leak).

Which sbf file do I need to install to get to 2.3.320 from currently having bootloader 30.01...ideally without bricking my phone?

Thanks for any help.

I have my own idea that I hope to get opinions on. Keep in mind, I'm running the original 2.2 leak with bootloader version 30.01 and I've installed the ApeX1.0 ROM.

I have saved on my PC, both the 2.1 original sbf file as well as the first 2.2 sbf file. Could I just flash the original 2.2 sbf then get the latest OTA update? I would think that update would install the latest bootloader.

Could this work?

i upgraded (via SBF) to .320 -> .340 running apex 1.3.0 and my boot loader is still 30.01 no problems.

What sbf file did you use/where did you get it? My understanding is that using the wrong sbf file (one that doesn't like the bootloader version you have) is what bricks the phone.

i used the full .320 SBF and then the .340 system only SBF.
both went through with no problems. but my boot loader didn't change

that does not tell you how to get to .340, it's just a .320 system only files.

and it's out of date.

follow what i said.

get the FULL SBF for .320 and the .340 system SBF
install both of those 1 at a time
then do a factory wipe, and then re-root. & re-bootstrap then load apex 1.3.0

Ur way isn't THE way. Just giving another option. The way I did it you don't have to do 2 sbf's. You go to 320, then can go to apex 1.3 directly from there. I also never had to hook my phone to my pc......or reroot......but as long as u get there i guess.....

what is your problem?

If you are going to upgrade, why would you not just want to upgraded to the latest (.340)?
using an SBF and doing a factory wipe is THE clean way to do it.
It's not MY way, it's just THE way to get it done cleanly. I'm sorry you don't seem to understand that.

Follow this......I was on 30.01 and this was VERY easy n works perfect to take u to .320

I appreciate everyone's advice. I decided to go this route because it was quick, it can be run with the 30.01 bootloader and all I needed was to get to .320. Installing the ApeX 1.3 ROM automatically takes me to .340.

Everything went smooth as silk and I'm running ApeX 1.3 now!

Thanks for all suggestions.
