Which screen protector?

I'm still trying to build up the courage to install my iq shield wet application. Just wondering if my phone has to stay off while it's drying?

Does anyone have any tips for the wet install screen protectors? Should you squeegee the excess water out or let it completely dry?

Is this basically a wet screen protector? Does it come up on the edge when a case is put on?
