Which Screen types work in SUNLIGHT?

Gotta get a new Android phone and I read so many great reviews of hot phones by HTC that have beautiful AMOLED screens, but which cannot be used in daylight. (I have an old Moto RAZR V3 with TFT screen that also is useless in daylight.)

Which hot Android phones will have a beautiful large screen that's visible in daylight?

TFT (i.e., Moto Droid) screens aren't bad, AMOLED screens aren't that great (i.e., HTC Nexus One & Incredible) and supposedly Super AMOLED screens will be a lot better when they become available.

Thanks . I have read that the Nexus One and Incredible are both useless in sunlight. I looked up the specs on my Moto RAZR V3 (very old) and it said TFT....now this phone has never worked for me in sunlight, even when it was brand new. So if TFT is supposed to be better, it may not be good enough for me.

Sad because I'm more than likely to be outside when using a cell phone.

I haven't had any problems with my Hero's screen (I'm pretty sure it's an OLED) screen.
