The ultra card has write speeds of up to 10MB/sec compared to 4MB/sec on the other card. This means that when taking photos or videos the data can be written on the ultra card faster which will result in a smoother experience.

Since both cards are the same capacity I would go with the ultra.

Also The higher the class the better.

Ok I will. I had both for awhile but I've been using the black SD Card not the other but now I'm going to switch all my stuff to the Ultra. What makes it faster and faster though ?

The Ultra is class 10 which means read and write speeds are faster than the other card which looks like is a class 4.

Anything that's a class 10 will be fast, assuming it's actually class 10.

NEITHER. Get a Sandisk Pro or a Samsung Pro. Around $40usd for 64GB if super lucky, otherwise more like $60 yet. If it's priced like a great deal it is probably a counterfeit 4GB chip rebadged to look like a high end high capacity model.
