Which standard for microphone/play/pause/volume is the pure using?

Been reading about the 2 standards CTIA(apple) and OMTP(older) and wonder which the moto x pure is following.

Specifically, if I want these bose headphones- should I get the "apple devices" or the "samsung + android" devices one?

I've never purchased anything that is labeled as designed for iPhone for any Android devices.
