Which wired high impedance over the ear headphones without breaking the bank

Currently looking at Sennheiser HD 598 CS but I'm willing to spend a bit more to get decent high impedance cans. Would love noise cancelling if it doesn't impede sound performance but as long as they isolate noise I might be OK without it.

Personally, I woul recommend you V-MODA Crossfade LP. I have been using them for a year, and still have no complaints. They sound great, and look awesome.
What is more, the headphones' earcups feature removable metal faceplates that can be easily replaced with other models of different colors and styles. I think it's cool!
