While mid phone call, I suddenly can't hear anything!

I just bought this g900t refurbished, and when I'm in the middle of a phone call, I suddenly lose audio. Mic still works fine, and I can be heard, but I have to hang up and call again to get audio back. It seems to happen when I'm talking and the other side is quiet for a minute... Should I send back the phone for another one?

Double check to make sure you haven't accidentally hit mute. I've done that before lol. You can try doing a factory reset of your phone and possbily getting a new sim card. If none of that works, then I would say you might need a new phone.
