White boxes popping up on the phone dialer screen? How do I fix this?

not sure what is going on...when I receive a call or make a call I get white boxes that show up on the dialer screen...anyone know why or how to stop it?

yes...same problem..not sure what app is causing it.

Have you already tried safe mode to confirm that there's a conflict with a third party app? Maybe better joining that other thread so all feedback about this problem could be together.
