WHITE EVO's Are Back!

Incase anyone doesnt know or wants to know White Evo's are back as of tomorrow 11/14. Its crazy because I had been looking for one for my wife for Christmas and every BB I called said they no longer carried them. I found out thru Sprint they were available 11/14 thru all sales channels but we were lucky enough to talk a local radio shack out of the 1 they had today! just thought I would throw this out there if there is anyone looking for one.

That's how I feel, I wish they were all white cause half is nice but the whole thing in white would have been bad to the bone

I have 2 friends with white EVO's they both have them in black Sedio covers you can't even tell they are white. I think that's funny they went out of there way to get a white EVO then cover it up. Personally. I like my black EVO it looks sharp and holds up well to my daily abuse.

I agree all white would've been better. But you can't tell they're white holding them from the front so what's the point.

I agree with the half white... but she is putting on a phantom skinz white carbon fiber then except for the screen it is all white... very hot looking. I personally opted for black carbon fiber and love the sexiness of my Evo.

So couldn't one just put a white carbon fiber skin on their black evo to give the illusion they had a white one? Lol.

Yeah, we talked about it but then googled images and it didnt look right to us. black shows thru in certain places and the skin doesnt cover the back part of the bezel so it has quite a bit of black still.This way you actually see the white from every angle.

I have a white EVO. It looks good in a clear see through hard case. It looks even better with a black battery door with a Oreo cookie effect, LOL.

Nevermind, just googled it. I don't like it as much...the origional looks tougher. only plus to the white is it's easier to see.

Yea I was Very pissed about it being half and half. But yet HTC have other phones all white and they half ass the Evo. Why would they even bother releasing a half white and black phone where the back of the phone is white and most likely Will be covered up and never shown off.

You know when someone wrecks their car and have a new fender or door or whatever put on and it's a different color than the rest of the car? That's what I thought of when I first saw the white Evos back in July. I.e., it looks stupid and cheap. Horrible marketing/design strategy IMO.

I got one by accident. The sales clerk told me they were not available but when she opened the box it was a white one. I wish the whole thing had been white but this will do.

I wanted the white EVO until I realized that it only half-white.

It doesn't make sense to have the front part one color and the back (of the phone) another color.

I'm sure some people enjoy it nonetheless

I love my white Evo! I had to replace it and waited over 4 weeks for the replacement to come in, even passing up 2 black Evos Best Buy tried to offer me.

Had a launch day black EVO and just went to pickup my half black half white one today. Kind of like it. I would not be surprised if the so called EVO 2 is nothing more then a color variant. Possibly all white and/or all graphite/titanium color.
