White frame on all screens

I have this irritating white rectangular line in the middle of all my screens on my GS10 plus. Have trien many things but can't get rid of it...even changed my wallpaper just to be sure it isn't on there.

what happens if you hold in the rectangle?

On the home screen it activates the weather app and on the other it moves to the wallpapers/themes/widgets/home screen settings...so it doesn't seem to have functionality

Are you using a 3rd party weather app?

Restarting worked. Thought it only applied to windows...thanks!
