White touch dots won't go away...

[Android Central Question]

Hi

I've turned off the 'show touches' options (mine says show taps - android 10) but when I record my screen using the built in screen recorder these little tap dot things show up and ruin the recording...

The built in screen recorder is the only one I'm able to use that records internal audio without the mic so it's perfect for minecraft but those dots.... :/

If there's no way to remove the dots then maybe someone knows of a screen recorder out there that will allow me to record internal audio only. I've tried mobizen, screen recorder, AZ screen recorder and a bunch more on the app store but no luck.

I'm using a Huawei P30.

I have no idea if this will work, but for one of those other apps that you mentioned try going to Settings -> Apps & notifications -> See all apps -> [find your app and tap on it] -> Permissions -> Microphone -> Deny.

The app may refuse to run without this permission, or it may accomplish exactly what you are looking for.
