Whitelist websites in google chrome on android

[Android Central Question]

I have a rooted Samsung galaxy s4 and I’m trying to figure out how to whitelist websites on chrome. I can do this with the yandex browser with the whitelist manager extension but I’d prefer to use the chrome browser instead. I managed to figure out how to block websites but I want to block every website and just whitelist/allow 4 websites to be used. Can anybody tell me if this is possible in the rooted android.
