Has anyone requested warranty replacement, and if so what was your experience? Mine has a crack in the upper left corner, at the same level as the notification bar. No damage to the phone so I'm not sure how it happened. Crack is probably 1/4" long, running at a diagonal from the left edge to the top edge.

Just need to fill out a warranty form on their web site. Have a picture of the damaged screen. Make sure you have your order number from Amazon or Whitestone website for proof of purchase. Cost is $10 to cover the shipping.

I always had to send in the broken screen protector and pay shipping for my warranty replacement. and they had to acknowledge receipt of the broken screen protector before they would ship my warranty replacement. That would be really nice and convenient if pictures are sufficient proof now. Already paying over $15 "shipping ", one shouldn't have to pay to ship them a broken screen protector, and then wait for them to get it before they'll even ship the replacement. It was annoying.

Are you in the US? Shipping for my replacements has always been $9.99. And I've been using the Whitestone Dome Glass since my Note 8, and always just needed to send a picture. You do have to register your purchases on their website, however.

Yeah I'm in the US, too, and used since Note 8/S8. I've done warranty replacements for both, multiple times for the Note. Every time I had to mail the old one back and pay $15.99 for shipping. I did have them registered on the Whitestone website, it's the only way to request a warranty replacement. If I requested a warranty replacement, they sent me an address to return the broken glass, and I had to wait until they got it for a replacement. Maybe it depends where you buy? I had bought those from Amazon. I got this Note 10 glass straight from the WD website, maybe if I have to replace it I'll get the easier, cheaper process this time?

I have never had to send one back but I've only had to use the service twice in one year.. I know Zagg requires the broken one to be sent back but they pay the return shipping.

Here's a receipt from whitestone, you can see it says replacement on it, and it cost me over $15. And here is another email from them with directions to mail back the broken glass first.

Strange.....I only paid 10 dollars and uploaded a picture. My were more recent than yours but I'm not sure that is the reason. 10 dollars covers the shipping and handling many times over but I guess that's how they make their money.

Yeah that, and my best guess is maybe they have to check purchases from places other than this website for fakes before replacement.
Maybe the replacement costs more because of the fees Amazon and other marketplaces take from sellers after each purchase.

This is definitely an encouragement to buy from the Whitestone Dome glass site instead of Amazon, etc..! Had I known about the way easier, and cheaper warranty replacement process, I'd have been exclusively ordering from this site since I discovered WD!

I got mine through Amazon

You got all yours from Amazon, too Mike Dee?
Strange, so did I until this one for the Note 10. I just cracked a corner on it, and went through the warranty process, which was super easy. I definitely prefer this method. I would really like to know why I had the extra hassle and cost when other's didn't, though.
