Whitish spot on screen just appeared...

I turned on my note 10.1 2014 and noticed on a white screen (sketchbook pro) that a brighter whitish spot appeared. I have taken very good care of my note, screen protector and finite case only had it for a few months. Not sure what it is, taking it back to Best Buy tonight... please review pictures of screens with various colors... what do you all think?

Its deadpixel, normal with displays and nothing to do. Either change the display or live with it.

I have never seen a dead pixel this large, or white.....

I have a Note 10.1 (2012) that has "rows" of spots, vertical. They are the same size as the 'dot' that shows under my finger tip when I try to use the touch screen tabs along the edges of the screen. When the spots show up the icons on the screen don't respond to touch. This started a few weeks back, and I just got to the library to use one of their PCs to post this. [If this shows up twice it's because I haven't learned all the keys yet.]

Hello, I know this is a few years old. But my new s21 ultra has the same problem, it's such a unique weird white discolouration.

Did they say what exactly it was when u carried it back?
