Who can solve this weird mystery for me with the note 4

I own 2 galaxy note 4's and am not intending on exchanging them for something new, they worked perfectly .. until a few weeks ago.
Strangely enough, the one most in use suddenly started to "falter", that is to say every so much time, everything went to stop for several seconds, very difficult when you are writing a message.
Even stranger; after a week the second started to show exactly the same problem.
And even more strange; the day before yesterday they both suddenly returned to normal.
In the meantime I had installed and used avast cleaner, but that did not help much at first.
I hope that someone knows an explanation for this.

Based on what I've seen so far in the forums, the Note 4 is plagued with a bad MMC chip which appears to be failing starting last year. The MMC chip is the memory of the device, analogous to the hard drive of a computer. If yours is failing, sudden slow downs could be a symptom. I'd advice making sure you have complete backups.
