Does anyone know who created Odin? I've used it before but I've never knew who actually created it.

I've used it more times than I can remember.
Story I heard was it was created for Samsung to flash official software, radios, kernel and set partitions to the device. It was leaked out a few years ago.
Anyone who has ever used the occasional self updating tool that Samsung occasionally puts out to flash/update the device from Windows will see that its basically a skinned/automated version of Odin. Last time I saw this was on the Sprint Galaxy S Epic 4G, it used the same exact tar and pit files that we used in regular Odin.
