Who did not receive their early pre-order

I ordered Jan 14th right after pre order went live for a Verizon 512gb ultra. Order was confirmed that night with expected delivery date of Jan29th. Here we are and nothing updated from Samsung. Order just sitting at in process. Call to the customer service and they are of no help! I'm very disappointed in Samsung. Why even pre order early if they can't deliver!

This is unfortunate! Please keep us posted about when your phone gets delivered! It's always frustrating when these things take longer than they should!
 
Man, what a bummer! Must be because it's the 512gb model? I ordered a 256gb model and got mine 2 days before launch on the 27th. Hope you get your device soon.

I was going to go 256 but since I can't throw in my sd card I decided to go bigger. I do a lot of hi res video and needed the storage. Hopefully soon, just thought Samsung would deliver as promised!

I hear ya man. If I could have used my SD card, I would have just got the 128 but bumped up to the 256 to have plenty of room for my needs. I'm sure you'll get it soon but the is super frustrating.

Well I'm the only other one besides you. Me and my husband are both waiting. I called today and was promised tomorrow assured that whoever I called the other day did speak to the warehouse and it is definitely coming tomorrow. Then I did a chat with somebody tonight and was told somebody will get back with me in two business days that there's a delay. Now I'm wondering if we should have just ordered unlocked.

He claims he's giving me a $50 extra credit for accessories but when he sent me the code in the email it said only when you pre-order. Well I've already pre-ordered so I don't know if it's going to work. Like if I can just order accessories by itself and put the code in and get more stuff.

I'm just aggravated because yes we pre-ordered we did the RSVP when I got my S10 Plus I had to wait over a month It was back ordered this is just ridiculous. My husband took off work today we were supposed to get them today I'm off all weekend and was looking forward to setting up my new phone. And yes if the darn thing had an SD card I would have never ordered the 512 I probably would have got the 256 for 50 bucks more maybe.

I ordered the 256 for Verizon on the 15th. Called them on the 27th because it hadn't shipped. I was assured that I'd receive it today thru expidited shipping. This morning I got an email that the shipping was delayed! So now they're saying next week. So much for preordering!
 
Ordered on the 17th...Verizon 256...told Feb 23rd after two phone calls. I am POed. What was the point in pre ordering? If they don't have the stock available why even do a pre order event? Very frustrated. Contemplating just getting a NOTE 20 and being done with it.
 
Pre ordering doesn't guarantee you a device on release day. It it allows you to place an order to get a device and lock in whatever promotional price/pre order gifts are available. This happens every year. Nothing new sorry you're one of the ones not lucky enough to get your device by release.

I pre-ordered on the 14th. The S21Ultra 512GB (T-Mobile) and yesterday it was partially shipped, the phone and charger. The expected delivery is on Feb 2nd. I don't know when the smart tag, buds pro, or s pen coming.

Ok so our shop Samsung app has been saying will ship the week of the 27th all along with the website saying delivery the 29th. Well now as of tonight cancel button finally went away for me but the app says delivery the 29th no more well of the 27th but the website shows no date at all.

Chat today said my order should be ready to ship and get to me by Feb 2nd. I said how come people who ordered the same phone after me got theirs already, and just crickets!! We shall see. Rep said I should get notification today or tomorrow. I don't trust them. They all say something different just to get you off the phone or off chat. It's really poor customer service! If I treated my patients that way, I would be out of a job!
 
I didn't get mine. But I pre-ordered the 512 GB Ultra in Phantom Black and they told me right away that the expected ship date was Feb 17 - March 2. As I expected, that's been moved up to Jan 31 - Feb 2, so I'm not too upset!

I ordered as soon as pre order went live! It should have been sent already and received! No point in pre ordering if you don't get it by release date! That's the idea of pre order.

Seems just Verizon had issues? Maybe had the most orders. Off topic but wierd there was no thread on ATT this year. For #2 carrier seem to be really losing it.
 
If it makes you feel any better you can't walk in the store and pick up the model that you order. Basically everyone ordering now has to wait longer since it's on back order. Anything besides 128gb can't be picked up in store.

They're considered #3 now lol. T-Mobile moved up a spot with the Sprint merger. Verizon and unlocked always seem to be the most pre-ordered judging from what's seen in the group.

Hey I hear you man! In previous pre-orders when I was slightly more excited, I'd have been pretty mad if my phone didn't arrive on launch day or before.

If it makes you feel better, if you were to order off the T-Mobile website right now, you'd have to wait until Feb 19 - March 5. So you're still getting it earlier than if you just walked into a store.

(Unless they have it in stores right now, in which case yeah we got screwed)
