Who did not receive their early pre-order

I didn't get mine. But I pre-ordered the 512 GB Ultra in Phantom Black and they told me right away that the expected ship date was Feb 17 - March 2. As I expected, that's been moved up to Jan 31 - Feb 2, so I'm not too upset!

Well at least yours was updated. My cancel button just went away and our January 31st date went away but we don't even have an estimated date yet. I was told from chat last night that someone would get with us within 2 business days. I just saw where the BB by me had 2 Ultra 512's in stock. I am so tempted especially if we were told 2/17 to 3/2. But if I was to know for sure it would be by the 2nd than I would be ok.

Seems just Verizon had issues? Maybe had the most orders. Off topic but wierd there was no thread on ATT this year. For #2 carrier seem to be really losing it.

I think I read on the T-Mobile/Sprint thread someone was still waiting on their 512 but I don't think it's from Samsung. It's weird how Samsung has none for Verizon but the BB by me supposedly online says they have 2.

They're considered #3 now lol. T-Mobile moved up a spot with the Sprint merger. Verizon and unlocked always seem to be the most pre-ordered judging from what's seen in the group.

I told my husband last night maybe if we had done unlocked we would of had already who knows. Our last 2 phones were unlocked cause we knew we were leaving Sprint. I wanted to try Verizon one this time around.

Did you finance with Verizon? If so you saved 100 dollars on phone which is enough for me to pick the carrier model. The good thing about the Verizon variant is that it will automatically unlock after 60 days and it you want you can flash the unlocked firmware on it as it's fairly easy. You didn't make a bad choice choosing the carrier model.

No we didn't finance through Verizon I saw that about the 100 bucks. We've owned our last few phones cause of trade in we just pay so our bill isn't any higher and we just decided to buy them outright again.

But I just saw a Fed-Ex truck circle through our court I got excited for a quick second LOL! But I knew cause we still have no tracking numbers or CC charge yet. I doubt they work on Sundays.

Hoping at least Monday or Tuesday. I guess it's worth wait considering all the extra goodies were getting. They gave me an extra $50 code last night so I am ordering the 20,000 PD battery pack 25W to replace the 2 x 1000 15 watt I have. I usually carry both in my purse when out for the night but now I'll just carry the one. It says will be here the 5th. Everyone of my items except for the tag says expected ship date with a date but the phone just says expedited with no date. :-(

Why do you carry two 1000mah chargers? That's not even enough for a single full charge. Why not carry a small 5000mah unit?

I know I just always keep them both in my purse my husband will use one is actually his and I let others borrow it too. I got them for like 12 bucks each with reward points one time. I'm gonna give one to my niece when I get the new one.

That won't be a problem because FedEx is going to just drop it off and on their way even though it needs signature

Because of covid they don't take signatures, at least FedEx, UPS for me no longer ask for signature and just drop it off in the front door. Been that way for many many months.

I hope so! Wife doesn't get home till about 4pm. Fed ex delivers early in our neighborhood.

Now I have to deal with all other extras that didn't ship. Those were supposed to be here too!! Ughh!

You did wow! I guess were next! I'm lucky husband is off Mon & Tues but so far here lately I've been seeing Fed-Ex in the morning we work 2nd shift. I need to keep refreshing again today.

Edit: Great my husbands says shipped but mine doesn't. I just went to his order from my Samsung Shop app cause I had to add his account to my app on my phone to place the order for him cause he was having trouble on his phone. My order was on hold till the 21st due to us trading in a watch so I am sure that is why but I hope they both end up coming the same day. The good thing about doing it on Samsung is that you can apply as much down on the phone as you want except for like 50 dollars. Even after that you could pay the devices off after they start billing you for the phone. Since Samsung trade-in credits are instant you don't have to worried about being locked into a 24 month payment to get all of your credits.

I'm in the same boat as many of you. Samsung actually shipped my phone early, but I work 2nd shift and Fedex comes really late. They've made two attempts (wed & Thurs.) while I was at work. I was off yesterday and it went out for delivery, but they never delivered it. It's now back at the Fedex destination facility, with a pending delivery date.

If they do attempt to deliver Monday, I hope it's not so late, but there is nothing I can do about it. What I don't like is there is no option to just pick it up.

Anyway, I haven't been on this forum for awhile and just came to vent with everyone else LOL.

Congrats !! It all depends on when FedEx usually delivers in your neighborhood. Could be first thing in morning or anytime of the day. Hope you have security cameras like nest or ring to at least keep an eye on delivery and see where the FedEx guy dropped off the package.

I just checked my Fed-Ex app now it says Wed by 8pm. I just know I saw a Fed-Ex truck twice last week on our court around 10 or 11am. So we'll see! We're supposed to get more snow tonight and tomorrow.

And yes we do have a camera but it turns out hubby will be home this week. Just hope he's not sleeping when they come and they do leave it. Cause I'll see it at work the camera and call him to go get it off the porch. I get notifications to my watch. But I'm hopeful it will come before I leave for work.

Great, glad yours is finally coming too. Only a few days later then promised!! Lol

Hope mine is still on for tomorrow. But it is still sitting at label created. The other parts of my order are set for Tuesday delivery.

I was confused because on samsung when I go to track items I have 2 numbers one is for phone and one is for only one out of two charging bricks both ordered the same time. The charging brick says expected delivery Feb 2nd the phone has no expected delivery date.

Now when I go to Fed Ex app both tracking numbers say Wed Feb 3rd it says anticipated ship date tomorrow arriving Wed which makes sense cause of 2 day shipping. I thought mine shipped today and was confused but only shipping info was sent to FedEx so tomorrow it will ship with delivery of Wed. I hope that's all correct! But it actually says shipped on the FedEx app so who knows.

My husband doesn't even have any cases coming yet which sucks. So I said just let me have the phone that comes tomorrow and you wait till Wed. He asked if that mattered or are they already registered somehow to our phone numbers like the IMEI and sim card numbers. Just Curious! Cause I'm hoping he'll just let me have tomorrow's and he'll wait till Wed. But he's off all week anyway so he said he'll be ok without having a case yet so he may not let me have the one tomorrow we'll see.
