I bought 2 note 8s and registered for a sd/charger and a 360 camera. Sd/charger got approved on 9/9/2017 and camera got approved on 9/16/2017. Got an email with a tracking number for my camera today and it's supposedly arriving on the 24th. The sd/charger on the other hand changed from expected shipping date 11/19/17 and 11/26/17 to 12/10/17 and 12/17/17. I get that they were out of sd cards earlier but come on they're selling it on their website now so it's obvious that they don't have supply problems now. Well atleast I got the camera now... now I'm hoping the rest will come before 2018.

Check your My Fedex. Com? I saw tracking on there one or two days before it showed up on my Samsung Promo updates.

Forgot to say that the email was for my camera. And I actually got an email from samsung with a tracking number before I got an email from fedex lol. And thank you, hopefully the charger comes soon.

As big as Samsung is you would think they would contract companies to do deliveries, trade in's and free stuff with somewhat better reliability. My items also just got pushed back till 12/10-12/17

I pre-ordered my Note8, got it 9/6, Fedex botched the delivery, and now I'm waiting some more.

Same with me, got a tracking number months ago but never any movement, finally called Samsung and had it escalated. The second approval came 2 weeks ago with a 4-8 week wait, then the 12/10-12/17 appeared on the app, although it says gift has been sent at the top of the page. Sigh.

I finally called Samsung Customer Service after waiting 7 or 8 weeks and miraculously my charger & SD card appeared 3 days later. All they needed was my IMEI number.
