Who has had to return so far?

Doesn't seem like a lot of people had to do returns. That's a good thing with such a high profile phone.

Are you kiddnig???? It's not high profile phone. It's more like low profile SOFTWARE. I know it's a phone but it IS part of software. That's making people enjoying "watching" 3D videos and "playing" games mostly. What's the point why they need a phone in first place.

I have been considering about planning to buy HTC EVO 3D since I signed up this forum. I have been researching every thread. "Maybe" 65% of not liking what they expect but not wanting 3D. Other 45% like it for any apps WITH 3D stuffs. I don't mind I want 3.0 Sense without 3D. (Sucking thorough teeth) Not good, not good!!! May it lag when watching a video and live wallpaper at same time.

I am not BIGGEST fan of 3D ON phone. I am MORE LIKE a fan of 3D ON TV or Movie because phone IS phone.

For now, I am stuck at this no wherever point, what kinds of phone I want but I heard a new phone upcoming this summer for Sprint. All I do is waiting again.

I had to return my first one. It would not charge if the phone was on, and whenever I tried to use the flash, it would say "unable to use flash due to cold weather" (I'm in Florida, it's June).

The replacement is working great so far!

I have one stuck pixel that only shows up on a black screen. I am not sure if I want to exchange or not... I'm sure it will bug me though.

I will definitely be going back to Sprint to have them reapply the screen protector that came with my otterbox though. They really messed that up.

Had mine for a month, actually third one, but the third has worked great until yesterday. After using the phone for the entire day, I shut it off and went to plug in the charger. No light for charging came on at all. I tried to turn it on the phone and nothing. I pulled the battery and put it back in, and now everything is fine again. I am hoping this was a software issue that one of my programs caused this problem. I will see if it happens again tonight or tomorrow. If it does it again, I will return it and possibly get a different phone. I might be just unlucky with the 3D.

If you have any problems after shutting down the phone im sure it is a problem with fastboot and the software supporting it as it is still fairly new...

I don't have fastboot enabled. I am hoping it is just a glitch in the software, not a hardware problem.

It did it again. But, this time I think it was caused by installing applications from Amazon APP Store. Programs that were already installed showed up as not being installed. I reinstalled the applications then shut off the phone. It wouldn't turn on until I did a battery pull.

Any help getting rid of lets golf.... Thoughts....... I'd hate to return over cost apps I did not ask for. Help, I'm on charge now away from home...thx for my intrusion

I switched over today from a Palm Pre- on Sprint. I got mine at Sams Club. The first one I bought during lunch and then had to take it back shortly after I got it because the power button stopped working. It would not bring the phone out of sleep or even power it off and back on. Got a replacement a couple hours later and this one works like it's supposed to.

Now, I'm a little worried about how long it's going to last.

At least you have 30 days. I am right at the end of 30 days and the shut down, not start up just started yesterday. I will know by tomorrow night if this is a hardware or software problem. Either way, I will make Sprint exchange it if it ends up not starting up. You have a 1 year warranty on the phone for faults.
