I am not seeing it available. Sucks, hope this expensive tablet is not going to be last to receive updates due to Verizon.
Mine came Friday as advertised. Over the air, and smooth as glass. I'm not using any of the tochwiz widgets, so to me the difference is pretty minor. Performance is great but I never had any issues before.
I downloaded and installed it on my 32GB Wifi model over the weekend - still working with the interface differences but so far I'm liking what I'm seeing!
It did take a terribly long time - about 20 minutes to download and maybe another 10-15 or so to go through all of the update processes. I changed my screen timeout to 30 minutes while it was downloading and made sure it was plugged in before the update process started.

Love it - solved two issues that kept me from loving the SGT: 1) Better Active Synch connection with my work's Exchange server; and 2) finally a decent note-taking app built right in.

OK, so its been a while since TouchWiz has been release... everyone that is using it now, is worth updating??
It is a mixed bag. I think the calendar app is much improved and the mini apps are very cool, if not a bit useless. The biggest thing is the twin look of the tablet is basically gone. for some things this makes the tablet look better (see calendar app) but in other cases it looks a but worse (see pop up notifications). The biggest thing for me is the overall upgrade to the bar on the bottom of the tablet. It seems less like dead space now.

I got my tab last week on the 4th, a day before the update was pushed out. I checked for it that Friday night and it was there. You said that you have setup your Samsung account... Try this... Sign out of your Samsung account, reset your tab (just turn it off then back on), then resign in to your Samsung account and check for the update. Also make sure your on a strong stable wifi connection.
I had no problem getting the update and downloading it... But I remember reading that somewhere either here in this form or over at xda that the above is how someone got it to work.

I got my tab a week ago and ran it with out the TouchWiz update, read everyone's comments over that time and finally decided to go a head and do the update last night. I have to say I'm really liking it alot. I setup my home screens lastnight and played around with it for a bit. It seemed a lot smoother than the stock Honeycomb launcher but that might just have been from the device being reset (clearing the cashe, closing running Apps and things like that) during the update.
But I do have to admit that I did switch over to using ADWex as my launcher. I just really like the freedom in setup that it gives me. But I do like how the new notification pop up has all of the radio controls for wifi, bluetooth, gps.... And how the new bottom bar has some apps(although I'm hopping we get the opportunity to choose what Apps get to go there in a future update) and having the ability to take screenshots natively is really nice. But the dedicated screenshot button in the bottom bar, I could have done with out that. Can't tell you how many times I've accidentally hit it instead of the running Apps button.
Outside of my launcher and app drawer being ADW the rest of the UI is stock TouchWiz. It looks alot more polished and cleaned up than the stock Android UI. I'm really liking it so far, it's only been a day so far so take my opinion with that I have mind.

Ok. For anyone having trouble getting the update... I talked to Samsung today to see if they could help me with my update. The official word is that, over the weekend, after the update was first released, their servers were overloaded. Now, they are capping the daily downloads of the update, somewhere around 2000 a day. I'm not sure when the download count resets, I'm assuming sometime around midnight Pacific time, but that's just a guess. Hope this helps; I still haven't gotten my update.
