I have the insurance thru Verizon, but yes I agree you need insurance on the folds.

You think this could be a issue, or do you think best buy demos might be cheap demo units. It's not a good sign.

They only had one in stock at the time, I'm hearing conflicting news about it so don't know but I personally don't think so and it wasn't as bad as the first pixel Fold which didn't fully open

Well this could be idiots checking the hinge strength on the stores model also. I'll just hang onto my fold 6 for 12 days and see how things go with them out in the real world.
