Why a I unable to get the email server connected on my Moto X?

unable to get the email server connected on my Moto X.

My email account was working till three days ago. Some android update and email stopped. I am unable to receive or send any email. Account says unable to connect to server. Tried to refresh account. Unable to delete account or refeed incoming or out going server information.
