Why am I able to receive incoming calls from Android devices but not land lines?

Incoming call problem.....

I can receive incoming calls from another android device but not from regular land line phones. Any thoughts?

What carrier are you with?

That just about has to be a phone number registration problem with your carrier.

I suggest calling their Technical Service department and explaining what is going on.
