Why am I always being asked to check my PlayStore connection?

i have troubles with my playstore connection

I have a galaxy Mega and every time I click on clash of clans it will say "we have good news there's a new update" then I click to update because there's no other option or I either have to get out of the game but every time I click update it will take me to the play store and it will say check your connection and try again
