when booting up its asking me for password and I don't remember

Take it to a carrier store. Those guys have some special way of fixing that fairly easily. Also, they don't charge.

Welcome as a new member.

Try logging in to Android Device Manager on a PC or laptop and locating your phone via that.
Also, report to your carrier, so that they can block the phone, and to the police.
