Why am I getting an error message when I activate mobile data (Panasonic t 41)?

It shows an error if iam activate mobile data and check the balance.unfortunately the processcom.android.phone has stopped

Go into recovery and wipe the cache partition. Check the manufacturer website to see if there is information on accessing recovery if it's available for your device.

If that doesn't work, then consider a factory reset.
