Help with rooting and S-unlock

Hi,

I am trying to root my HTC one and make it a google play edition. I am using a mac. So far I have been able to turn my usb debugging on, turn off the quick reboot and obtain my unlock code bin via my windows PC. I then switched to my mac to finish the job. I have downloaded and installed the android sdks adb and fast boot and am at the last step but when I enter the following

--"fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin"---
I get this error --> -bash: fastboot: command not found

I have also tried entering it this way
/Users/johndoe/Desktop/Android/Mac/fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin

and got the following error
target reported max download size of 1826414592 bytes
error: cannot load 'Unlock_code.bin': No such file or directory

Can someone please help

Hello. You need to put the Unlock_Code.bin in the same folder that contains your adb and fastboot files in order for it to work.
