Why am I getting an error message when I try to use the Google Play Store?

Google Play Store Issue

Once tapped on the Google Play Store, it closes only after a few seconds.
"Unfortunately, Google Play Store has stopped."
I've tried the Clear Cache and Clear Data method, turned it off and back on, didn't worked.
But if I Clear Cache, Clear Data, and Force close it, I can see apps featured on the home, but it still closes seconds later.
Anything that can help?

If it were me I'd back up everything of importance that wasn't already backed up (which, in my case, would be anything I did since this morning because I back up every day), then flash a stock ROM. It's a lot faster than being #21 in the tech support queue.

I do not know what "flash" is. Or a stock ROM.
