Why am I getting an error message when trying to use my internet keyboard?

Help pleaasse!

Samsung galxy tab 3 7.0 I have the same problem with my samsung gallaxy tab 3 7.0 . when am use my internet key board did not came its showing unfortunatly program will stop it ll came again amd again . I go to settings app and all and click the samsung keyboard and cleared it but nothing happen. what to do to rectifing this problem thank you.

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-16226
