Samsung Galaxy S4 Encrypting External SD card error
Hello all,
This is my first post on this forum so please forgive any improper etiquette.
My problem is that I am working on encrypting my phone as a means of personal safety and it worked fine so then I tried encrypting the SD chip. When I did partway through my phone got unhooked from the charger by my dog (being playful and adorable).
After that my phone gave me the message of sd card encryption error occurred and now I can't access any of the apps that I had on the card. I tried continuing the encryption but it just tells me that my sd card can't be mounted.
So I tried decrypting but everytime my screen times out it asks me input the password again and seems to start over.
If anyone has any advice for this I'd gladly appreciate it.
