why am I getting error code 83 for a week?

why am I getting error code 83 for a week now when I try to stream from either my MacBook Pro or iPhone to an apple box? this did NOT used to be a problem and I'm getting pretty ticked at this issue not going away!

what are you trying to stream. I know with disney+ you get the code when your device or browser is not compatible.
