Why am i getting no signal and an icon of sim card with a question mark inside ?

It allows me to pull up my browser and all but it acts up sometimes and doesn't allow me to use it

Have you spoken to your carrier about it?

It sounds as if the SIM port is intermittent. A new SIM card may fix the problem, but I think you'll have to have the SIM port replaced.
