why am I having to upgrade apps it seems to be doing it automatically

I am paying heaps to upgrade apps all the time its less than a week since I topped up due to upgrades

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, but can you elaborate on that? What are you paying to upgrade? You don't have to pay to update apps that you install on Google Play Store. Are you referring to the data that is used by the Play Store when it's updating?
