why am i missing calls on my lg6

calls are going to my vmail and I am getting a text stating I have a vmail

Welcome to the forums. Spammers are able to send a message straight to voicemail without the phone ringing. That may be it, have you checked the vmail?

yes. ive reset the phone and provider has supplied a new sim card to. does the phone go into hibernation? could it be a setting?

Does it do that with everyone calling you?

It's probably a network issue with Freedom. If it loses signal, it will go straight to voicemail.

Does it happen in different areas, or one area specifically?
