why am I not able to delete files from SD card in samsung GT-190601

I am not able to delete any files from my sd card in samsung GT-190601. the message appears that kitkat 4.4 security policy does not allow me to delete any song, video etc

If the folder in which those files are located was not created by the file explorer you're using to delete them, the message is accurate. Starting with KitKat, apps can only modify or delete files in folders that they themselves created.

Example:
The camera app creates a folder on the SD card to store pictures. You decide to free up that space quickly by using ES File Explorer (or some other file app) but because ES didn't create the folder it has no rights to modify or delete the contents.
