Why am i not able to function my S8+ Screen?(blue box popping everywhere)

There is a vicious blue box that simply wont let me get access of my screen. it pops on every instructions and/or options. I tried to factory reset the phone but the box wont let me draw my pattern. I think it has something to do with the voice assistant, not sure.

Sounds like you enabled Talk Back. Here are the instructions to disable it:

And yes, you can accidentally enable it. My daughter did on her S5.
